Mainly because of its cultural influence that can sway Presidential Elections if a party funds Studio Executives, this is clearly the deal of the year. Personally, I don't think it should go through due to monopolization in a key sector. President Trump said that he would intervene, but now he is working with Jared Kushner to place a bid for Warner Bros., raising ethical concerns.

Because the output of this deal will inevitably be a significant component of the propaganda machine, it should not go through, but that does not mean it won't.
